We give this a 5 star rating mainly because of the front desk manager Sai. He is the friendliest, most helpful kind person you could ever want to meet and has phenomenal customer service & people skills. He makes you feel like your family and that this is your home away from home. He truly gives a white glove service and is available for all your needs 24/7 and speaks excellent English. Very friendly and great chat with Sai. Truly a treasure away from the hustle and hustle though close to both the Night and Morning markets. I liked the platform around the beds serving as benches too. The room was well maintained and breakfast was great with various options. Loved the refreshing juices. Mattress was just nice. Firm, not hard. Water pressure was good and warm/cold/hot as you like it. Bar fridge in closet and ample wardrobe space. The ambience was great and there is a nice verandah with chairs outside the front door.

There's so many good choices in Luang Prabang and the Queens Hotel is certainly up there. I booked one night and then extending for another night, loved the place. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated, things were quiet, big comfy bed plus a nice spacious balcony where you could see Phousi Hill. I loved the little path you walk down to reach the hotel, pretty and shady. Breakfast was good, nice how it included the choice of a mango shake. They have a water cooler where you can fill up your bottle, nice touch. Like most places in town they were able to book me a ticket to the next destination, easy and effective. It's a great value for what I paid though it was in low (hot!) season. Would definitely book here again.

Marvelous small guesthouse steps from the morning and night markets, Mekong river, temples, and more. We reserved for two nights and stayed all four nights of our trip to Luang Prabang. The room was very nice with great water pressure, both hot and true cold water (a real bonus in Southeast Asia). The staff were very nice, the young man managing is multi-lingual and happy to help with anything needed.

Great place, located in central area in a quite road, very close to the Mekong river and night market. The owners are a sweet couple, and they're always happy to assist and share great tips (where's the best exchange rate to change your money, great prices for bike rental, how to get to places, etc.). The rooms are tidy and clean, they look even better in reality. Highly recommended.
